Industrial Sectional Door

High performance, sturdy, durable, heat insulating, used in industry or logistics.

Widely used in factories, warehouses, logistics hubs, cold storage facilities, and fire stations, these doors feature a durable multi-panel structure that opens vertically and lies flat along the ceiling, maximizing usable space.

The door panels are made of double-layer galvanized steel filled with high-density polyurethane foam (starting from 40mm thick), offering excellent thermal insulation, sealing, and wind resistance. Suitable for various environments, including cold climates, the door can be customized with vision windows, pedestrian doors, stainless steel components, and more.

Industrial sectional doors support manual and electric opening modes and are compatible with various control systems such as remote controls and control box buttons, improving access efficiency and safety. With a simple structure and easy maintenance, they are an ideal choice for modern industrial buildings with a high cost-performance ratio.

Features And Benefits

Maximized Overhead Clearance:

The vertical lift mechanism ensures no obstruction of wall or floor space, making it ideal for facilities with limited interior clearance.

Fully Customizable Configuration:

Door size, panel structure, and track type can be tailored based on building design, operating frequency, and environmental demands.

Long-Term Durability:

Built with heavy-duty industrial-grade hardware, the door’s structure minimizes mechanical wear and reduces future maintenance needs.

Advanced Safety Systems:

Equipped with anti-drop devices, cable break protection, and photoelectric sensors to ensure safe daily operation for personnel and vehicles.

Excellent Thermal Insulation:

The panels are filled with high-density polyurethane foam and feature multi-seal structures to minimize heat transfer. Ideal for temperature-sensitive environments like cold storage or production areas, ensuring energy efficiency and stable interior conditions.

Technical Specifications

  • Max dimension: 12000mmx8000mm
  • Power supply: 220±10%V, 50/60Hz, IP55
    – or 380V, 110V, 230V
    – or other customizable voltages
  • Opening and closing speed: 20-40cm/s
  • Door panel thickness: 40mm/50mm/75mm/100mm/Back rib door
  • PU Density: 48±2kg/m³
  • Wind resistance: 28-35m/s (Class 10-12)

Styles

  • Color: White/Light grey/Dark grey/Black/Blue/Yellow/Red
    – or other customizable colors
  • Door panel material: Galvanized steel+PU foam or Aluminum single panel or Glass or PC(polycarbonate)
    – Door panels made from different materials vary in thickness, performance, and price, and are suitable for different applications. Please select according to your needs.
  • Window: Windows can be added as needed.
    – Windows can increase the amount of light inside a building and improve the appearance of industrial sectional doors. However, they will reduce the wind resistance of the door to a certain extent.
  • Pedestrian door: Pedestrian door can be added as needed.
    – Industrial sectional doors are usually large, and frequent opening and closing is time-consuming. Adding a small door for pedestrian access can improve traffic efficiency. However, pedestrian doors also reduce door stability and increase costs.
  • Back rib: Back rib can be added as needed.
    – Back rib can increase the wind resistance of industrial sectional doors. The more backbones there are, the stronger the wind resistance. Backbones are also recommended for very wide industrial sectional doors to enhance stability.
  • Safety device: Airbag can be added as needed.
    – Safety airbags can be installed at the bottom of industrial sectional doors. If the door presses against a person or object while descending, the safety airbag will prevent the door from continuing to descend and cause it to rise.
Lifting method

Lifting Methods

Our industrial sectional doors offer a variety of lifting options—such as standard lift, vertical lift, high-lift, and inclined roof lift—to accommodate different building layouts and ceiling heights. Based on your actual site conditions, we will recommend the most suitable lifting configuration to ensure smooth operation, optimal space usage, and installation efficiency.
