Workshop 1

Workshop 1 focuses on several key stages in the production of high-speed doors. This includes precise PVC fabric cutting and thermal bonding, curtain panel forming, surface color spraying, insulation foam filling, and steel sheet cutting and shaping. Equipped with advanced machinery and organized workflows, this workshop ensures precision and quality in every production step.

Workshop 2

Workshop 2 focuses on the fabrication of fire-rated rolling door curtains, as well as the cutting, drilling, and welding of various door tracks and steel frame structures. Equipped with heavy-duty processing machines, this area ensures all structural components are strong, precisely engineered, and ready for durable performance—making it a vital part of the door’s safety and stability.

Workshop 3

Workshop 3 focuses on the manual fabrication of smaller pedestrian doors, large door windows, and other customized components that require detailed craftsmanship. This area also handles trial assembly, quality checks, packaging, wooden crate construction, and temporary product storage. Every product shipped from here is carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure safe and reliable delivery to clients worldwide.
